Droppin’ Beets   A Tasty Beet Juice Cleanse Recipe

3 Oranges
2 Beets
3 handfuls Beet Greens and Stalks
1 knuckle Ginger

If you want something more precise.

(4 cups sliced) Oranges = 16 ounces juice
(2 cups chopped) Beets = 4 and 1/2 ounces juice
(a little under 1 cup chopped) Beet Greens and Stalks = 2 and 1/2 ounces juice
1 knuckle Ginger = under an ounce of juice

Yields between 23 and 1/2 and 24 ounces of juice.

This sweet beet juice cleanse recipe has an awesome orange juice flavor with a bit of beet and a ginger kick in the background!

Recipe #2.

Purple Express!   Beet Juicing Cleanse Recipe Image

Simple Recipe.

1 Large Beet
1/3 Head of Red Cabbage
1/3 Head Large Cauliflower
1/2 Large Cucumber

If you want something more precise.

(3 cups chopped) Beet= about 7 ounces juice
(2 cups chopped) Red Cabbage= 3 ounces juice
(2 and 1/2 cups chopped) Cauliflower= about 3 and 1/2 ounces juice
(1 and 1/2 cups chopped) Cucumber= 4 ounces juice

Yields about 17 and 1/2 ounces of juice.

Nice sweet juice! Plenty of good stuff in this beet juice cleanse recipe!

Recipe #3.

The Purple Green   Beet Juicing Recipe with fennel and ginger

Simple recipe.

1 Large Beet
1 Medium bunch Spinach
4 Large Leaves Romaine Lettuce
1 Knuckle Ginger
1 Small handful Fennel

If you want something more precise.

(2 and 1/2 cups chopped) Beets= 5 and 1/2 ounces
(3 cups chopped) Spinach= 4 ounces juice
(2 cups chopped) Romaine Lettuce= 5 ounces juice
(2 cups chopped) Carrots= 4 ounces juice
(1 and 1/2 square inch) Ginger= under an ounce of juice
(1/3 cup chopped) Fennel= about 1/2 ounce juice

Yields about 19 ounces juice.

Very nutritious beet juice cleanse recipe with a good variety of vegetables. It has a simple taste, but might be a little “earthy” without the ginger and fennel. The fennel can include any part of the fennel plant, but is better if it includes some of the leafy part, some of the stalk, and even some of the bulb (the bottom) if you like.

Get Back To Your Roots Juice  

Simple recipe.

2 Beets
1 Rutabaga
3 Carrots
1 Knuckle Ginger

If you want something more precise.

(2 and 1/2 cups chopped) Beets = 6 ounces juice
(1 and 3/4 cups chopped) Rutabaga = 3 and 1/2 ounces juice
(2 cups chopped) Carrots = 5 ounces juice
1 knuckle Ginger = under an ounce of juice

Yields about 15 ounces of juice.

Can’t Beet This!   Beet, Pomegranate, and Lemon Juice Cleanse Recipe

Simple recipe.

2 Beets
1 Large Pomegranate
1/2 Lemon

If you want something more precise.

(2 and 1/2 cups seeds) Pomegranate = 8 ounces juice
(3 cups chopped) Beets = 7 ounces juice
(1/4 cup sliced) Lemon = A little under 1 ounce

Yields around 15 and 1/2 to 16 ounces of juice.

If you like Beet juice then you’ll love this one! It has a delicious and sweet beet flavor that we’re sure you’ll enjoy! Be sure to peel your lemon for this one, or you’ll end up with a more bitter flavored juice.

Gentle Beets   Gentle Beets Recipe

Simple Recipe.

8 Carrots
1 Beet
2 stalks Celery
3 handfuls of Beet greens and stalks
1/4 Lemon
1 small knuckle Turmeric

(4 cups chopped) Carrots = 10 ounces
(1 and 1/3 cups chopped) Beet = 3 ounces
(1 cup chopped) Celery = 2.5 ounces
(1 and 1/2 cups chopped) Beet greens and stalks = 4 ounces
(1/8 cup sliced) Lemon = 1/2 of an ounce
1 small knuckle Turmeric = under 1 ounce

Yields between 20 and 1/2 to 21 ounces of juice
