Today we want to give you a little check list of some basic juicing tips that will keep you on track with your daily juicing! We’ve talked about some of these earlier on in this juicing challenge, but we wanted to Sum up some tips into a list here.
Juicing Tips To Keep You On Track!
- Wash your produce before you put it away in the fridge! We know this can take some time up front, but it will pay off later! If you wash your produce before you put it away, when it comes time to juice all you have to do is rinse it off real quick and juice away! This article will give you some tips for how to wash your produce.
- Don’t over-think your juicing and try to juice off more than you can drink! Don’t burden yourself by thinking that every juice needs to be a masterpiece of multiple ingredients in order for you to make it! If you’re newer to juicing, and this juicing challenge is your introduction to juicing, then you might not have this problem. But the further along you go you might just find your brain thinking that a simple Celery Carrot juice isn’t good enough! Take it from us (we’ve been juicing for years!) sometimes a simple juice is the best juice you can make! It is still loaded with nutrients, and to top it off it will help keep you on track and juicing daily!
- Watch or read something motivational about healthy eating, or juicing! Seriously, sometimes we just need some inspiration in our lives! If you’re crazy busy, surrounded by people who aren’t really taking care of themselves, or just plain tired, sometimes it can be difficult to get yourself over to your juicer! This can be as easy as jumping onto youtube and searching for juicing videos! You can also read the articles on our website for more motivation! There are plenty to choose from in the categories at the top of the page!
