In our own personal journey to better health we’ve found it’s a good idea to check in with ourselves from time to time and just see how we’re doing. If we’re trying to keep up with a healthy habit such as this juicing challenge right here, we’ve found it very helpful to sort of update ourselves with our progress and just see if we can find anything that is challenging us.
Finding challenging areas in your life can actually be great sources for potential growth! Many of us have either been taught, or have learned to avoid challenges in our life or issues that we perceive to be potentially difficult for us. What we forget is that areas of difficulty in our life can lead to some of the greatest and most freeing growth we can experience.
We want to invite you today to take a closer look at anything that has been a challenge to you, or that has made your juicing journey “more difficult.” Don’t fight against it, or struggle. Embrace it and realize it is teaching you something. It is making you stronger in ways that you might not even be aware of.
What it is teaching you could be as simple as the ability to look at something from a different perspective. It could be teaching you to try new things, and to open yourself up to new possibilities in life. It could be showing you an area in your life that needs working on. You may be able to completely transform yourself and find new levels of happiness and peace in your life by working on this area.
Whatever your challenges are be sure to greet them with gentleness and kindness. Be good to yourself, and know that you nor anyone else in this life are perfect. Guess what? That’s completely ok! We’re all here to learn and to grow, and this juicing challenge is another place where you get to do just that!
We’re glad that you’ve accepted this challenge and have been with us for a total of 19 days now! We want you to know that we’re here with you and we want to offer any support that we can! We’ve also had our ups and downs in life as well as with our juicing journey, and in fact originally founded Raw Juice Cleanse Recipes not only to share with others, but to help keep us focused on more of what we wanted out of life.
Years later we’re still here and we’ve learned so much more about juicing than we knew in the beginning! We are more than glad to share what we know with you, and also look forward to hearing from you about your experiences as well as to answer any questions that you may have along the way!
