Today, during day 2 of this juicing challenge we’re going to make a tasty orange juice! We’ve always personally loved orange juice, and it works well with many other vegetables and fruit. You can find today’s recipe near the bottom of this page, but we also wanted to talk about the importance of having goals in your life, and how this relates to you right now!
Goals Are Important And How This Relates To Right Now!
It’s good to have goals in life, and in fact the juicing journey you’re on right now is a goal in motion. Your goal in this challenge is simple, and that’s to drink one juice a day for 30 days.
Reading and learning more about juicing along the way is a bonus. When you’re done with this entire challenge you will not only have increased your chances of being in much better health, but you will also know a lot more about juicing!
On top of this, and one of the biggest benefits of this juicing plan is that your taste buds will be more in tune with the flavor of green juices. This doesn’t mean that you’ll like every single green juice out there, but it does mean there will be a much better chance you’ll like more green juice than you did before you began!
Fruit juices are delicious and come with an abundance of health benefits themselves, but green juices are really where the nutritional payload is at! If any one of your goals is to get healthier, clean your body out, increase your energy, clear your skin up, or lose weight then you are definitely putting yourself into a better position by adding green juice into your life.
The great thing about this challenge is that when you’re finished you will also have overcome one of the biggest stumbling blocks that any of us face when it comes to getting healthier. You will have started a healthy habit!

That’s it, that simple! This should produce anywhere between 16 to 22 ounces of juice. Be sure to peel your oranges and use the fruit only. Enjoy!
