You’re going strong on day 23. You’ve heard about some health benefits along the way, tips on juicing, and inspirational quotes, but what does drinking a juice a day do for you health-wise?
Well, first off you are getting a lot of nutrition. That includes: vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, and more. All these components are vital for your body to function properly. A few benefits of juicing are: healthy skin, healthy organs, anti-aging, anti-cancer, and anti-inflammation.
Not everyone gets this awesome amount of nutrition all the time. It can be challenging because life is busy, and there are a lot of things to do.Some people’s day is jam packed with places to go and things to do so that they barely have time to think about their health. Well, let’s shift our priorities for 30 days so you can put your health first. As they say, if you don’t have your health, you have nothing!
When you are doing this challenge you can know that you are getting all this nutrition on a daily basis. You are making consuming fruit and vegetable juices a lifestyle, not just a diet fad moment. Maintaining weight loss and health requires consistency, not just yo-yo dieting. It’s also great to do a juice cleanse every once in a while, but getting fresh juice on a daily basis is awesome. Also, when you make a juice you are condensing down a lot of nutrients into a juice, rather than trying to eat it in one sitting. Some juices contain more fruit and vegetables than someone can eat in an entire day.
Through making a juice each day, for 30 days you are creating a good habit. Maybe when you make a juice each day, you will want to make healthier changes in other parts of your life. This challenge also elicits self-discipline. We know that self-discipline does not come easily to everyone. For some, it can be quite challenging.
You can’t go wrong with this 30 Days To Green Juicing challenge because you are naturally getting so many benefits by doing it. You should feel proud of yourself! You are on day 23, and any challenge is not always easy. You have to stay focused, have self-discipline, and work hard. Now ask yourself these questions: How has this challenge helped me so far?
