Awesome! Day 28 and you’re still here! If you’ve been following this juicing challenge then you’ve been drinking a juice a day for 27 days straight!
This entire challenge we’ve been slowly warming you up to more and more green juice. We’ve done this by really easing you into the world of green juicing and hope that this has been an awesome journey for you! By sticking with it and drinking at least one juice a day, you’ve really put yourself on the path to better health and wellness.
You’ll notice that today’s juice recipe has a higher amount of green juice to sweet tasting juice. Remember this is the 30 Days To Green Juicing Challenge. The goal has been to get you to where you can drink more nutrient filled green juice. By now you are probably aware of more of the health benefits inside of juice, and are more than happy to be getting more of those inside of you! 🙂
Before you enjoy your juice we wanted to ask you a few questions, and maybe get you to thinking about other ways of increasing your overall health! You don’t have to answer any of these questions, but if you’d like to feel free to leave your comments. This challenge is for you and we hope today’s information and juice recipe will help you on your juicing journey as well as with your overall health and well being.
Have you been doing anything to support this juicing challenge?
It doesn’t matter what level of health you’re at. Sticking with something for an extended period of time can be a challenge. Some days you breeze right through it and have no problems at all, while other days you might find it more difficult. We’re curious if you’ve done anything else to support yourself during this challenge. Again, feel free to answer by leaving a comment or you can just consider these if you like.

Your Juice Recipe For Today
Today’s juice recipe is very lightly sweet as it has a higher ratio of green juice in it. We started you out with some very easy to drink green ingredients for your first heavily green juice, so you’ll probably have no problem with this one. You might even enjoy it 🙂 We do!
