Today is day 3 of your green juicing challenge, and you are rolling right along! Today, you’re going to enjoy some delicious grape juice, and you’ll find the recipe for the day near the bottom of this page.
We also wanted to talk to you about the power of a positive outlook, and how it can bring more of what you want into your life!
The Power Of A Positive Outlook
Think about this for a second. Have you ever gone around feeling really negative about something, and worrying about it 1 day, into the next? How much did it seem to help that you worried about it constantly? Did you feel better and more at ease while focusing on the negatives?
Didn’t all that focusing on the negative and worrying really just make you anxious, waste your time, and drain your energy? Are you still alive and here even after all your worrying about whatever it was you were worrying about? Did you survive and make it through? In fact, whatever it was might have even gone better than you expected right?
There’s a better way to live your life, not only can it potentially yield much better results, you will feel better, more at ease, and happier in the meantime!
Positive thinking isn’t some wishful strategy, or something you must force on yourself! It’s what you’re left with when you take away all of the noise and garbage inside your head! It doesn’t mean you gloss over everything and have some unrealistic view of the world, quite the contrary.
HOW WE REACT TO THE WORLD AROUND US IS OUR CHOICE! It’s the one complete and absolute choice we have.
It’s Truly A Choice You Get To Make
Being positive and expecting positive outcomes is a choice, and it leads you to looking for them. Think about this. Have you ever learned a lot about something, and after you knew more about it suddenly you could see examples of it all around you?
Let’s say you took a biology class, and before you did you never really gave much thought to the moss on the ground. After you took the class you may have started to notice that moss tends to grow in places that are more damp or wet? You also recognized the little green leafy looking things that spring up out of it, which you never really really saw before. You also know what those little green things do!
You barely payed attention to moss or cared about it before, in fact, you may of never really noticed it much at all. Now you notice it growing everywhere, but now you look for it sometimes out of curiosity! You understand where it likes to grow, and why it does.
Moss might be an unusual example to use here (I took a biology class some years ago and I really found the life cycle of moss to be interesting, so for some reason it just popped into my head here!), but hopefully you get my drift. You can insert cute puppies, or anything else in place of moss and it would be the same. 🙂
When you focus more on the positive, than the negative guess what happens? You see more of the positive. You recognize it more, and in fact, you start to look for it! The more you train yourself to look for the positive, the more you will potentially find.
Your Juice Recipe For Day 3
A bag of grapes, like you see in most supermarkets should work just fine for this. You might even have leftovers! If you come up a bit short, don’t worry about it, just make what you got. You can also choose to use any variety of grapes you like. They don’t have to look like the grapes in the picture above. 🙂
