Day 8, Woo Hoo! If you’ve been following along and doing this juice challenge one day at a time then you have been drinking at least one juice a day for 7 days straight! You’re doing great!
Yesterday you had your first juice with a green ingredient and today we’re going to have another very simple juice with a healthy green component!
Keeping Consistent Is One Of The Keys To Healthy Living
Especially in the beginning when you’re trying to start a new healthy habit, but also at any point along the way there can be distractions in our life that can knock us off course. Keeping up with our health and well being on a daily basis is one of the biggest keys to staying on track in the long run!
It can be so easy to skip a day of the healthy routine that you’re trying to keep up with, because of outside events in your life, or simply because you’re tired. Sticking to your health goals in the face of adversity is how you get to where you want to be!
There will always be events and other distractions that come up in your life, and some of them can really take us for a ride. If you keep up with a healthy routine though even in the face of these distraction, you will find yourself getting stronger and being able to get where you want to be!
Don’t Let Falling Off Keep You From Getting Back On!
None of us are perfect! Sometimes you do your best and you just have a day where you skip your health plan. It’s ok! Don’t beat yourself up and let your mind take you down the tubes!
We all have this happen to us! There’s not one single person out there who hasn’t! The trick is to not let it become multiple days in a row, because that’s when it becomes harder to get back on track!
If you’re following our 30 Days To Green Juicing Challenge, do your best to have your juice every day! You will have the most success with this if you keep up with it on a daily basis!
If you’re doing your best and you’ve skipped a day, don’t let this stop you from jumping right back in! The goal is to drink a juice every day for 30 days, and these juices are slowly going to be including more green ingredients so that you will be drinking more and more nutrient dense juices as you go along.
If you need to make it 31 days to green juicing then that’s ok! If it takes you 35 days to have every single juice in the challenge then so be it!
Your GOAL and challenge to yourself is to have one juice a day for 30 days. If something comes up and you miss a day then your goal and challenge to yourself becomes to drink 30 juices in 31 days and so on.
Seriously, don’t let one or even a few days of getting off track make you quit altogether!
