1 Leaf and stalk of Fennel
1 Small container strawberries
If you want something more precise.
(1 and 1/2 cups chopped) Kiwi= 4 ounces juice
(1 cup chopped) Carrots= 2 and 1/2 ounces juice
(3/4 cup chopped) Fennel= under an ounce juice
(1 and 1/2 cups chopped) Strawberries= 4 ounces juice
Yields about 11 ounces of juice.
Such a unique tasting Kiwi juice cleanse recipe. The fennel really adds something extra to this juice and makes it one of a kind. For preparation I would advise juicing the kiwi first, then the carrots, then the strawberries, and then the fennel. Juicing them in this order (at least in a juicer like mine, which is a single gear masticating juicer) will help everything to juice through and not stick inside of the juicer. The harder texture of the carrots clean out the softer pulpy kiwi and the fennel does the same with the strawberry. You can also choose to skin the kiwi or not, as either way will work, it is more of a preference. Also, since this is a smaller kiwi juice recipe you can easily double the ingredients for a larger juice. I thought I would share a beginning to end image, which is right below. Enjoy!
