This is not a juice cleanse where you drink juice all day in the place of other food. You will be making, and adding one juice each day to your diet.

Each day you will be given one new juice recipe, and all you have to do is make it, and drink it! We want to repeat this is not a juice cleanse, where you only drink juice all day. You are adding one juice a day to your diet. It’s that simple!
