Tomato Juice Cleanse Recipes

Recipe #1.

Curry In A Hurry   Tomato Juice Cleanse Recipe Curry In A Hurry

Simple recipe.

3 Large Tomatoes
1 Beet
1 Bunch Spinach
1 Teaspoon Curry

If you want something more precise.

(cups chopped) Tomatoes = 19 ounces juice
(cups chopped) Beets = 4 ounces juice
(cups chopped) Spinach = 4 ounces juice
1 teaspoon Curry

Yields about 27 ounces of juice.

This tomato juice cleanse recipe has a more potent tomato flavor, with a bit of the beet juice in the background. As you can see in the details above, there is a much higher ratio of tomato juice to the other juices. The curry in this recipe really adds a nice extra flavor and definitely a little spice to it, that makes it unique. We used 3 large Tomatoes in this juice recipe, but you can use a variety of smaller tomatoes as long as they equal the same amount of tomato juice in the end.

I really enjoy juicing tomatoes. They are so full of juice. My favorites come right from the garden. This time of year it’s hard to find fresh tomatoes in the stores, but Spring is coming soon :-) Thanks for a couple of great recipes to try! Best wishes and happy juicing.

      Hey Rich,

Tomatoes are a nice juicy addition to a juice, and they are something that newer juicers are probably familiar with because of V-8 juice I imagine. I remember when I first started juicing, I thought of tomatoes first for that reason. Right out of the garden is definitely the way to go if you have a garden! I’m really looking forward to the day that we can have a full garden again so that we can pick a lot of our juicing veggies and fruits fresh and juice them in that state. We’ve been moving around a lot this year, but I think we’re going to stabilize for a bit now. We’ve got some more tomato juice cleanse recipes on the way, and I’ll be sharing them for sure through G+ .

Best wishes to you as well, and thanks again for dropping in Rich!
